《巫師3》年度版將提供超過150個小時的開放世界冒險體驗，游戲集成全部DLC。玩家將在游戲中扮演職業獵魔人白狼，在狂獵中尋找預言之子，在石之心中對抗一個殘暴的土匪頭子，在血與酒美麗的陶森特地區揭開恐怖血腥的秘密。
《巫師3》年度版將包括本體游戲，兩個DLC“石之心”和“血與酒”，以及目前釋出的所有更新和補丁�？赡芪覀兺婕易铌P心游戲的價格了。如果之前兩個DLC都買過，是否是免費，目前CDPR暫未提到這個問題。
《巫師3》本體游戲銷量已經突破了1000萬套，Steam版接近200萬。自去年5月發售以來，本作已經收獲了超過250多個年度游戲獎，獲獎總計超過800多個，此外它還是2015年獲得稱贊最多的一個游戲。
